By participating in this competition, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility:

• Open to companies operating in Egypt or the MENA region.

• Applicants must be legal entities (registered business or startup).

• Only one entry per company is allowed.

2. Application Requirements:

• Applications must include all 3 components: a pitch, SWOT, and list of challenges.

• Submissions must be sent via the official form or by email to [Your Email].

3. Selection Process:

• Winners will be selected by SME Consulting based on clarity, business readiness, and potential impact.

• Selection is at the sole discretion of SME Consulting and is not open to appeal.

4. Consulting Scope:

• The selected companies will receive 2 free consulting sessions.

• Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability in July 2025.

• Advice provided is general and non-binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality:

• All submitted materials will be treated with confidentiality and not shared externally.

• By entering, applicants grant SME Consulting permission to summarize and anonymously reference shared challenges in future marketing materials (e.g., trend analysis).

6. No Fees:

• Participation is 100% free. No payment or purchase is necessary.

7. Disqualification:

• SME Consulting reserves the right to disqualify entries containing incomplete or false information.
